Dietary needs and meals

At its simplest: Do you have any dietary restrictions or allergies we should know about? For formal gatherings, turn on meal selection (beef, chicken, vegetarian, kids' meal, custom) with allergies and notes. The dashboard totals it all in a form a venue or caterer can use.

Your own questions

Ask anything the standard sections don't cover: What song would get you onto the dance floor? Do you need a ride? What size T-shirt? Answer types: short text, long text, yes/no, single choice, multiple choice, and number or date where useful. A question can be required or optional, and apply to the whole gathering or to one part only.

Seating

Create tables with names or numbers and capacities, then assign guests — by dragging on a desktop, by tapping on a phone. Households stay grouped, unassigned guests are always listed, and a table over capacity warns you. Seating stays in draft until you publish it, and you choose what guests see: their table only, table and seat, the people at their table, or the full chart.
