Count Me There

Know exactly who's coming.

Invitations, RSVPs and guest lists for anything you're planning — a dinner, a shower, a reunion, a wedding. Simple enough for six people, powerful enough for two hundred and fifty.

No credit card, no trial, no catch.

One question, answered

“I'm organizing something. Who's coming, who are they bringing, which parts are they attending, and what do I need to know about them?”

That is the whole job of a host, and it is the whole job of Count Me There. Everything else — templates, sub-events, seating, meals, costs — exists only to answer it faster.

How it works

Three steps. The last one is a text message.

  1. 1

    Create a gathering

Pick what you're planning and answer a few plain questions. No settings to learn: the right features switch themselves on.

  2. 2

    Add your guests

From your contacts, a pasted list or a spreadsheet. Households stay together, kids are kids, +1s are allowed only where you say.

  3. 3

    Send from your own phone

Every guest gets a personal link. You send it by text, WhatsApp or email — from you, not from a platform. Then watch the responses arrive.

The live invitation

One link that keeps up with your plans

A guest's link isn't a form they fill in once. It's their page for the whole gathering: the invitation today, their table and the shuttle time later, directions on the day. When you publish a change, every page updates. No new website, no re-sending.

  • Guests never sign up or install anything
  • Works in any browser, in every language you choose
  • They can update their answer until your deadline
  • Add to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook

Everything a host needs

Simple on the surface. Exceptionally capable underneath.

You only ever see the parts you switch on. Start with an RSVP and add the rest when you need it.

Households and +1s

One invitation for the Smith family, four people at the table. Named companions become real guests, not a checkbox.

Sub-events

Friday dinner, Saturday activity, Sunday brunch: one gathering, one link, a headcount for each part.

Capacity and waitlists

“Is there a limit?” 42 of 50 spots filled. When it's full, new guests join the waitlist automatically.

Meals and dietary needs

From a single allergy question to full meal selection, with a summary your caterer can actually use.

Your own questions

T-shirt size, song requests, ride needed. Ask anything, gathering-wide or for one part only.

Seating

Tables and seats, drag and drop, publish when you're ready. Households are grouped, over-capacity tables warn you.

Costs, calculated

Boat tour $75, dinner $90. Each guest sees their own total. Connect Donairo to collect payments; never required.

Import and export

Bring a guest list from Google Sheets, Excel or any RSVP tool. Take everything with you as a CSV.

Every language

Each guest can read the invitation in their own language: 39 languages today, right-to-left scripts included.

Built for both ends

A dinner for six

Name, date, place, who's in. Done in two minutes on your phone, and you'll never see a table chart.

A wedding for 250

110 households, four languages, six sub-events, twenty tables, meal choices, costs and a co-host — all from the same account, without a single spreadsheet.

Free, and worth trusting

Free

No premium tier, no per-guest fees, no ads. Count Me There is free because it is meant to be shared.

Private by design

No third-party trackers on any page. Guest details are seen only by the hosts you choose.

Your data is yours

Export every guest, response and table as a CSV. Finished gatherings are archived rather than deleted.

Honest about what happened

We never claim an invitation was sent unless we know. You'll see prepared, opened and responded — the truth.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is it really free?

Yes. Every feature, for every gathering size, with no ads. There is no paid plan.

Do my guests need an account or an app?

No. Each guest receives a personal link that opens in any browser. They respond, update their answer and check details from that link alone.

How are invitations sent?

Count Me There prepares the message and the personal link; you send it from your own phone by text, WhatsApp or email. It arrives from someone your guests know, which is also why it doesn't end up in spam.

Can one invitation cover a whole family?

Yes. An invitation goes to a party — a household, a couple, a family — and each person in it responds individually, with their own meal, sub-events and seat.

Can I collect money?

Count Me There calculates what each guest owes based on what they selected. If you connect a Donairo page, guests can pay from their invitation; if you don't, they simply see the amount.

Does it work for big or complicated events?

A 250-guest multilingual wedding with sub-events, seating, meals, costs and co-hosts is exactly what it was designed for. You just won't see any of that when planning a small dinner.

What about other languages?

The interface is available in 39 languages and every guest can pick theirs. Hosts can add their own translations of the invitation wording.

Plan something. Everyone will know where to be.
